This is my second time going on the program. The first time I went, the agency I used was expensive and it took a long time for us to leave.

I had to make regular calls to know what was happening; they gave us the “run around”(not being sure about much). Sometimes we call the office you could never get anyone, no one answered the phone. Now this second time I left, I felt happy and not over concerned

My overseas agency changed from that local agency to this present one. The best thing I ever did. I now use Caribbean Employment Agency. They are cooperative, informative and swift with their service. They make regular calls to inform me about what is happening. You can always get someone when you call the office, if one should need to call. The manager is a person you can always talk to if there is an issue or concern you need to be addressed.
